Terms of Service

Gyre AI is currently in private beta. These terms apply to your use of the service. The full terms are being finalized with counsel and will be published here ahead of public availability. Beta participants are additionally bound by the beta agreement provided at sign-up.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for the content you upload and generate, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Beta status

The service is provided during the beta period without service-level commitments and may change without notice. Features may be added, modified, or removed during the beta. Data may be deleted at the end of the beta period unless your account is transitioned to a generally available plan.

AI-generated content

Gyre AI produces AI-generated outputs based on your inputs and on context you provide. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring outputs do not infringe third-party rights when you publish or share them.

Account termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or to other users.
