Gyre AI is currently in private beta. This page explains our data practices in summary form. The full policy is being finalized with counsel and will be published here ahead of public availability.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email, organization). Usage telemetry necessary to operate the service (page views, feature interactions, error logs). Content you upload or generate within the platform (documents, prompts, assistant outputs). We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, to authenticate you, to communicate about the product, to detect abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@gyre.crrnt.co. We will respond within statutory timelines.
Subprocessors
We use a limited set of vendors to operate the service (authentication, hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, analytics). A current subprocessor list is available on request to privacy@gyre.crrnt.co.
